Yes, I'm a geek about this computrainer stuff.  I hate the trainer so much, but I can get by with this thing.  Anything to spice up the training.  So I hate time trials.  And I hate riding on the trainer (mostly).  So what can be better then a time trial on the trainer.  Double suck.  So I suffered through the official CT 10k time trial on Friday in 16:29.  The course came with the software and is entitled CompuTrainer_TimeTrial.3dc or you can download it here: http://www.racermate.net/courses/CompuTrainer_TimeTrial.3dc

Anyone up for the challenge?  Or am I the only geek here?

what was your np? probably a little late, but do you have the ability to download the course for fayetteville tt or any other course for that matter ? i think that tt is a little over 10k. you should do well this weekend. sub 17 min.  might get top 10, imo.

NP was 272 I think on the road bike.  No records and doubt that I'm top 10 material.  To me it's mind over matter with a TT and consciously trying to pedal harder without blowing up.  I have to really concentrate.  We'll see.

I have not been able to find the Fayetteville computrainer course anywhere.  But haven't looked that hard for it either.  Probably too late.  You're welcome to come over and try the TT for practice tonight or Wed.
